Given the nature of a majority of our products being perishable, we do not offer returns.  We encourage you to contact us via email at krystin@hampersbygrants.com or call us on 0423068260 immediately if you have experienced any issues and we will work with you directly to rectify it.

Delivery

Hampers by Grants offers direct home delivery within 24 hours of ordering to Narrandera and surrounding areas only. Any additional deliveries will acquire a surcharge which can be arranged through communication via our website at krystin@hampersbygrants.com or by calling 0423068260.

Narrandera pick Up

​

We offer contact free collection from our studio in Narrandera. The product will be ready within 8 hours of ordering. Please wait for conformation of time for pick up time before arriving.

 

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. A tracking code will be sent to you. If there are any issues with the postage, tracking or arrival of your order please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
